Prior Work Experience:

After graduation, Linda joined the United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps.  Stationed at San Diego’s Naval Station, she served four years as a Judge Advocate General.  During her military service, Linda was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. After the Navy, Linda worked for the San Diego Public Defender’s Office as a criminal defense attorney. She then changed her practice to Workers’ Compensation Defense.  Since 2002 she has litigated cases at all southern California District Offices with great success.  Linda takes pride in her aggressive approach to litigation, particularly with respect to psychiatric injury claims.

Personal:

Linda has two dogs named Oliver and Matilda and enjoys swimming, hiking, and foreign travel.
