Prior Work Experience:

For the first ten years of his practice, Doug worked as a Civil Defense attorney.  During that time he tried jury trials in the fields of Personal Injury, Real Estate and Construction Defect.  Doug has also defended cases up to the California Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  He successfully argued an appeal before the 4th District Court of Appeals.  Doug’s prior work experience also includes practicing in Federal Court in the fields of Public Entity, Election Fraud and Rail Road law.

Personal:

Doug has a wife and two children.  He enjoys managing his son’s little league team and traveling with his family.
