After law school, David began his workers’ compensation career representing injured workers at a Los Angeles applicant firm. 

David joined Heggeness, Sweet, Simington & Patrico in 2008.  David agressively pursues the litigation of employer/insurer rights.  He is actively involved in the litigation of professional athelete claims.  David has had great success pursuing complex contribution claims on behalf of firm clients.
 
Personal:
 
David pitched in the Ivy League for Dartmouth's Big Green baseball team.  David, his wife Stacy and their son Brandt own an English Bulldog named Rennie.  They enjoy golfing, snowboarding and Oregon Ducks football.
