Prior Work Experience:

Michael has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1994.   Prior to his exclusive practice in the field of workers’ compensation defense, Michael was engaged in a civil litigation practice appearing in both State and Federal Courts.  He has also been employed as staff legal counsel for a nationwide insurance company.   Michael has also served as a consultant to the State Bar of California since 1995.

Personal:

Michael and his wife have two children and a dog.   In his spare time, Michael enjoys photography and coaching his daughter’s soccer team.
