After law school, David began his workers’ compensation career representing injured workers at a Los Angeles applicant firm. 

David joined Heggeness, Sweet, Simington & Patrico in 2008.  David is a proficient lien negotiator and aggressively pursues the litigation of employer/insurer rights.  David has had great success pursuing complex contribution claims on behalf of firm clients.
 
Personal:
 
David was a star pitcher in the Ivy League for Dartmouth's Big Green baseball team.  David and his wife Stacy own an English Bulldog named Rennie.  They enjoy golfing, snowboarding and Oregon Ducks football.
