Only 3 Premier Liens "Undismissed"

On September 24, 2009, Judge Kahn entered a stipulated Order Dismissing Premier liens totaling an estimated $70 million. On December 3, 2009, Judge Kahn issued a limited Amended Order vacating and rescinding his original Order ONLY as to three (3) Premier provider lien claimants, namely: (1) Laguna Billing, Inc.; (2) Afshin Mashoof, M.D., Inc./Mashoof Medical Group/Allen Mashoof, M.D.; and (3) Universal Psychiatric Medical Center.  Judge Kahn’s Amended Order explicitly reconfirms that his original Order Dismissing "...remains in effect as to all other lien claimants mentioned in the September 24, 2009 Order.” (Emphasis added).
