Ogilvie Holds

The California Supreme Court has denied review of the First Appellate District's July 29, 2011 Ogilvie Decision.  The Petition For Review was summarily denied without comment.  This action leaves the entire community in a state of uncertainty.  It will now be up the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board on remand to apply the Court of Appeal's opinion to actual cases and tell us what it all means.  The only certainty at this point is less predictability and more uncertainty.
