Labor Code 4061 Triggered by Last TTD payment

Energetic Painting and Drywall, Inc. v. Workers’ Comp. Appeals Bd. (2007) 153 Cal. App.4th 633 [              ]:  The 3rd District Court of Appeal reaffirmed that the notice requirement set forth in Labor Code 4061, is triggered when the last payment of TTD is made.  This decision follows the WCAB’s interpretation of the statute in Pendergrass.
