Court of Appeal To Hear Oral Argument

The First District Court of Appealhas now set oral argument in the Benson case.  The matter will be argued on December 9, 2008 at 9:30 a.m.

Most Court watchers see little chance that the Court will reverse the decision in light of its interpretation of the same statutes in Brodie.  However, anything is possible.  Until the Court decides otherwise, all District Offices are still bound by the en banc decision.
